Pick a Package

  • COST: Take an Offering plus Mileage and Meals

    -If you are willing to go by faith, so are we. So if you are willing to take an offering from your group and give it all to us, plus cover the cost of mileage and meals, we would love to bring the full experience to your event. 

    -An additional cost of $300 is required if merchandise sales are not permitted.

    -Final confirmation of your requested date(s) will be confirmed upon receiving the non-refundable payment for the cost of the mileage.

    WHAT’S INCLUDED:

    -Goliath’s spear

    -All exhibit items

    -Life size David and Goliath

    -Opportunity to shoot Goliath with Nerf balls

    -60 minute presentation

    -Merchandise table with items available to purchase

    NOTE:

    In order to set up the life size David and Goliath, a minimum 10 foot ceiling is required.

  • COST: $1,500 plus Mileage and Meals

    -We understand that there are occasions where taking an offering is not desirable. In those cases, if you still want everything we offer, this is the package for you.

    -An additional cost of $300 is required if merchandise sales are not permitted.

    -Final confirmation of your requested date(s) will be confirmed upon receiving the non-refundable payment for the cost of the mileage.

    WHAT’S INCLUDED:

    -Goliath’s spear

    -All exhibit items

    -Life size David and Goliath

    -Opportunity to shoot Goliath with Nerf balls

    -60 minute presentation

    -Merchandise table with items available to purchase

  • COST: $850 Plus Mileage and Meals

    -If you would just like to have the spear and exhibit items available for people to see or if someone else is going to be doing a presentation, this might be the package for you to consider.

    -An additional cost of $300 is required if merchandise sales are not permitted.

    -Final confirmation of your requested date(s) will be confirmed upon receiving the non-refundable payment for the cost of the mileage.

    -No presentation

Cancelation Policy-

If for some reason you need to cancel the event, the mileage will not be reimbursed. 

Sunday morning vs afternoon-

If you are willing to consider having the exhibit and presentation on a Sunday afternoon, 2 or 3 pm, it would give people who attend other area churches the opportunity to come. This might be an option to help pay for the event as well if you asked the other churches to chip in on the cost. If we are to be there for your normal Sunday morning service, it is not likely that outside people will attend. This is especially true for unchurched and unsaved individuals. Even though the event is at a church, they are more likely to attend if it is NOT in the morning.

Cost an issue?-

There is an old saying, “God’s will, God’s bill”. If you feel it is God’s will to schedule Goliath’s spear to be with you, then God will provide for you as He does for us. Here are some suggestions that may help with the cost.

  • Most churches have a few people who would be willing to help in order to have this special event. Tell them about the opportunity and ask if they would be willing to donate $100 or $500 towards it. It only takes a few people to cover the entire cost. Start with your Board members.

  • Sell tickets. Yes, I know that might not sound like the spiritual thing to do but people are accustomed to buying tickets for concerts and games all the time. If they buy a ticket they are more likely to actually come. It works.

  • Find sponsors. Perhaps there are businesses that would sponsor the event if you would be willing to put their name on posters, etc. It is an advertising expense for them and fully deductible.

  • It’s not too early to start taking offerings. Tell your people about the opportunity and ask them to give towards the event. When they have skin in the game they are more likely to invite their friends.

Fundraiser Event-

There are usually a couple of times each year that we are willing to do a presentation as a fundraiser. Let us know what your cause is well in advance and perhaps we can help you raise money for it. All we ask is that our expenses be covered, mileage and meals. We also give 10% of our merchandise sales to help you.

Camps & Retreats-

More can be accomplished at a location that is apart from distractions from the outside world. Camps and retreats are ideal events. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Schools-

We love the opportunity to do presentations at schools; public or private. All we ask is that our expenses are covered. Ideally if there is a church close by that we can do a presentation in that evening, the church would be covering the mileage and meals. This means little or no cost to the school.
